This is a reconditioned ROWE BC-35 DOLLAR BILL CHANGER.ﾠ It takes $1’s and $5’s and will dispense tokens, nickels, dimes or quarters.ﾠ It has a new conversion kit that enables it to accept a Mars validator which accepts the new currency.
